Message from Central Community Health Partnership
Amidst the COVID-19 public health crisis and Governor Baker’s declaration of a State of Emergency, Central Community Health Partnership’s primary focus during this time is to work diligently to ensure the health and safety of the individuals receiving our supports and services, their families and our employees.
As we make decisions about how we deliver services, we are referencing national, state and local guidance documents. We are working to adopt alternative methods of service delivery that ensure that the needs of individuals served are met while maintaining everyone’s health and well being. To support this effort and be consistent with practices being instituted across the country we are taking measures to provide services telephonically whenever possible and limit face-to-face contact. These operational changes will be in place through April 6, 2020 at which time these temporary measures will be reevaluated, and updates will be shared.
